How do I know if my order has been placed correctly?
If the payment is received well, you will receive a confirmation by email with the invoice. This is followed by the confirmation of the shipment.
I decide that I no longer want my order or want to change my order/details, but I have already received a confirmation email?
Orders must be canceled or changed within 15 minutes of receiving the confirmation email. Unfortunately, if these 15 minutes have passed, we cannot cancel/change your order. You can cancel the order via email@example.com.
I have left products in my shopping cart, they are now reserved?
No, reservations are not possible. We want everyone to have a fair chance at the stocked products. Your order is only confirmed when you have actually paid.
When will my order be shipped?
Ordered Mon – Thu before 4 p.m. is shipped the next day. Orders after Thursday 4 p.m. to Sunday 4 p.m. are shipped Monday.
For shipping you can select how you want your order to be shipped. Orders within the Netherlands above € 50.00 are shipped for free.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands we use standard shipping costs of € 5.95. Is your order above € 50.00? Then the shipping costs are for our account. Other costs apply to registered or insured packages. Click here for the costs of registered and / or insured packages. The shipping costs for abroad depend on the selected country.
Will I be notified when my package is on its way?
Yes. As soon as your package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation of the shipment. You can find a code in this confirmation. Depending on the shipment, you will receive a unique code. Click here to track your package.
I used my track & trace to track my package but my package cannot (yet) be traced?
It may be that the code has not been scanned yet, please try again after 22:00. Is the code still unknown? Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
My package is not received after 5 days, what should I do?
We send our packages with PostNL. We depend on the postal companies for shipping. It is possible that something goes wrong during shipping, unfortunately we have no influence on this. In this case, you can contact our customer service via email@example.com stating your order number. We will do everything we can to find out what happened to the package.
You will have a option to pick up your order. On the checkout page you can choose this option and make an appointment to pick up your order in Rotterdam. The details and address will also be stated.
Returns and / or exchanges
In accordance with the Regulations on Distance Selling, the statutory period for returning or exchanging the products is a maximum of 14 days. The only conditions are that the articles are unused and returned ina good state. This means that the articles are not damaged, dirty, washed, modified or worn and that all labels or labels are still on / on the article(wearable products ONLY). Of course you can fit the articles first(in case of wearable products ONLY). NOTE: incense, body,facial & hair care products CANNOT be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Please state whether you want to exchange or return the product. Please also state the reason for return. Don’t forget to send the packing slip? If you want to exchange, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded as soon as possible after your return notification. You need to order the desired product again.

The costs for return are for your own account. These are not reimbursed by Rice Up! After the goods have been received in correct order, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 working days.
How long does it take before I get my money back?
If the items are returned unused, undamaged and with a label, Rice Up! will refund the amount paid for the product. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days. The amount will be refunded to the account number known to us.
